CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer Cancellations

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order free of charge within [12/24] hours of placement, or until the order has been processed/shipped (whichever is earlier). To cancel, please contact us immediately at [[email protected]] or via our customer support number.

After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse it at the time of delivery; however, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

 

Company Cancellations

Auric Saga Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances including, but not limited to:

Product being out of stock.

Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

Suspicion of fraudulent transactions.

Incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, the full amount will be reversed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Due to the nature of our products (wellness/consumables), we can only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or expired, please notify us within [24/48] hours of delivery.

  • Wrong Item Received: If the item delivered does not match your order.

  • Missing Items: If a part of your order is missing.

Requirement for Claims: To process a return or replacement for damaged or wrong items, we require:

  1. Clear photos/videos of the damaged product.

  2. An unboxing video (highly recommended to ensure a smooth claim process).

  3. The original invoice/bill.

Condition of Returned Items: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return/cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund. Refunds for COD orders typically take 10 to 12 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges and COD convenience fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
